Instantaneous Gear Changes
The centerpiece of the Rallye Edition e-bike is the Pinion C1.9 gearbox with electric Smart.Shift. It's a durable, low-maintenance drivetrain bringing automotive engineering to the e-bike world.
The Bluetooth smart helmet has an integrated light-sensing headlight, brake light, and directional indicators. The helmet seamlessly links to your Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team bike's telemetry and can even SMS loved ones automatically in the event of a crash.
A tinted, snap-on visor, eliminates the need for sunglasses.
The custom handlebar integrates a high-definition 5.5-inch display showing your e-bikes most important data at a glance, and provides fingertip control of the bike and smart helmet.
Integrated LED Lighting System
A powerful 500 Lumen headlight is integrated into the handlebar, and includes both high and low beams for greater nightime visibility.
Silent Drive
The Gates Carbon Drive belt on the Rallye delivers smooth, quiet pedaling and instantaneous power transfer that's maintenance-free.

The biggest advantage of the Mercedes-Benz x Unit 1 edition is that it connects directly to the Mercedes eBike via Bluetooth and integrates with the bike's system. If you own a Mercedes eBike, this is definitely the version to get.

I have only taken the Bike out twice for a total of 45 miles. So far, the helmet and bike interface as one perfectly. The bike is agile, responsive and balanced and very fast, great acceleration. The four pistons caliber and large disc give superb stopping power. I haven't been able to take it off road because I have no fenders. This is a concern, why didn't the fenders get installed beforehand? Does the rear tire have to be dis-mounted to install the rear fender?
