Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) gelten für alle Bestellungen, die Verbraucher über den Online-Shop der
N Plus Europe GmbH, Winterhuder Weg 29, 7. Stock, 22085 Hamburg, Deutschland, tätigen.

2. Vertragspartner, Vertragsschluss
Der Kaufvertrag kommt zustande mit der N Plus Europe GmbH.
Die Darstellung der Produkte im Online-Shop stellt kein rechtlich bindendes Angebot dar, sondern eine unverbindliche Aufforderung zur Bestellung.
Durch Anklicken des Bestellbuttons geben Sie eine verbindliche Bestellung ab. Der Vertrag kommt zustande, sobald wir Ihre Bestellung durch eine Auftragsbestätigung per E-Mail annehmen.

3. Preise und Zahlungsbedingungen
Alle Preise sind in Euro angegeben und enthalten die gesetzliche Mehrwertsteuer.
Zusätzlich anfallende Versandkosten werden im Bestellprozess angegeben.
Die Zahlung erfolgt über die im Shop angebotenen Zahlungsmethoden (z. B. Klarna, Kreditkarte etc.).

4. Lieferung und Versand
Die Lieferung erfolgt an die vom Kunden angegebene Adresse.

Die Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung unser Eigentum.

Bei leichter Fahrlässigkeit haften wir nur bei Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten.

Great helmet with excellent comfort and premium build quality. I also like that you can add accessories like a visor or winter ear pads. The biggest advantage of the Mercedes-Benz x Unit 1 edition is that it connects directly to the Mercedes eBike via Bluetooth and integrates with the bike's system. If you own a Mercedes eBike, this is definitely the version to get.

I have only taken the Bike out twice for a total of 45 miles. So far, the helmet and bike interface as one perfectly. The bike is agile, responsive and balanced and very fast, great acceleration. The four pistons caliber and large disc give superb stopping power. I haven't been able to take it off road because I have no fenders. This is a concern, why didn't the fenders get installed beforehand? Does the rear tire have to be dis-mounted to install the rear fender? V/R LRB
