The Bluetooth smart e-bike helmet, features integrated light-sensing headlight, brake lights, and even thumb-operated turn indicators. The helmet is seamlessly linked to the telemetry of the eBike and will automatically SMS loved ones in the event of a crash.


The helmet even includes a fighter pilot-inspired snap-on tinted visor to mitigate the need to ride with sunglasses.

The biggest advantage of the Mercedes-Benz x Unit 1 edition is that it connects directly to the Mercedes eBike via Bluetooth and integrates with the bike's system. I have only taken the Bike out twice for a total of 45 miles. So far, the helmet and bike interface as one perfectly. The bike is agile, responsive and balanced and very fast, great acceleration. The four pistons caliber and large disc give superb stopping power. I haven't been able to take it off road because I have no fenders. This is a concern, why didn't the fenders get installed beforehand? Does the rear tire have to be dis-mounted to install the rear fender? V/R LRB
